This is probably one of my favorite eyeliners of all time, and I don't think I will be buying any other brand for a long time. The "pencil" style provides more application control and precision, and the liquid liner goes on and stays on. You can also control the amount of product on the tip by shaking it. Absolutely love and highly recommend.
