I was told LAST year by the Dog trainer we went to, To go out and purchase one of these collars. I did not want to do it, I did not like the idea. But with a Great, but headstronmg Rottie, we needed it, she will be Two years old in July but sometimes she just becomes a handful! We now have a new dog. I have only used the Electric zap on this maybe 2 or 3 times. I use the buzzer part when needed, but she has totally changed...For the better! No more trying to lunge at cars going by or wanting to go out across the Street when she sees another dog. Thats all gone and She doesnt wear it all the time either, so it's not like we rely on it. But the first hint of acting out, it goes back on and she understands. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!
