We've been very happy with their pressure cookers (4, 6 and 8 qt) and wanted a good multi-cooker to cover our slow-cooking needs. This offered sous vide which neither the All-Clad nor the Cuisinart had. We've got two sous vide immersion devices which work great but aren't good for long, 24-hour (or more) jobs because of evaporation (you have to cover the pot with foil). Made some over-the-top ribs and there was no drop in the water level during the entire 24-hour period. Highly recommend!
