I bought the BobsCNC E4 and it took me a 1 1/2 days to assemble, mostly because I'm particular and sealed all the wood, etc, however, I had an issue where it wouldn't home correctly. I sent a message to the company at 11:15 Saturday night and Bob himself responded at 11:23 pm. After a few emails on Sunday afternoon, he ended up calling me and walking me through a few troubleshooting steps and BAM, problem solved and the machine homes perfectly. You can't ask for better customer service. Now I can't wait to start chewing up some wood. I'll update the post after I learn the in's and out's of creating a design and actually producing something. You can't go wrong with this company.
