This is super looking appliance that has all the features and works just great. I actually bought mine at Wal-Mart when it was on sale. This oven looks and works like ones costing over $200. I almost never use my full size oven any more. It is big enough to hold a 9 X 13 pan or two casseroles on the two shelves. I made a rotisserie chicken that was wonderful. This replaces a Haier convection oven that was bigger overall, but didn't have as much room inside because it was not as high and only had one shelf. It never did work right, but I put up with it for several years, but am so glad I finally dumped it and got this one. Addendum: I have had this oven for 3 months now and haven't used my regular oven since getting it. I am very pleased with it. The only thing I can think of that would make it better would be a light in the oven.
