Three years ago (2014) I researched rechargeable batteries for items used around the house after tiring of spending my hard-earned money on regular throw-away batteries. After careful consideration and comparison, I decided to buy EBL batteries and their charger. I bought this charger expressly for it's ability to charge many different size household batteries. I also bought it for it's discharge function which can help a rechargeable battery perform to it's fullest. All this at a very reasonable price. I had a problem with the unit after the warranty period expired, one which EBL thought could not occur. I sent them a photo proving the issue and support quickly sent me another unit. I did not have to pay shipping either. The replacement started began not charging some batteries after the warranty period again expired. I contacted customer support who sent me yet again another new unit without question. Now I'm back to charging my EBL batteries again and keeping all my battery powered gadgets working again and am one happy customer. The charger is working great and the EBL support team is absolutely fantastic! Thanks EBL for keeping me empowered and saving lots of $$$!
