So I love this bottle! I use to have 4 water bottles filled and taking up room in my fridge to make sure I hit my water goal everyday. Most days I didnt! But with this great water bottle I hit it everyday! The first few days I felt like the motivational quotes should have been switched with the amount of times you have peed by now. But once my body became use to be hydrated the quotes were really there to motivate me! Only thing I'd change is the measurements on the side are hard to read, but I just go by the hours on the bottle!
