My criterion for a good product or good company is not "Does the product or service work perfectly?". It is rather, "What do they do when there is a problem?". In that spirit, Rat Zapper gets an "A" from us. We put the Rat Zapper Classic out several times unsuccessfully. The trap had been engaged, but the "victim" was not in the trap. My wife called your company to see if we could exchange The Classic for the Ultra model, thinking that the problem was that the charge was not strong enough. The Rat Zapper representative worked very helpfully, asking the right questions, and problem-solving with my wife. The solution was to place a wet cloth in front of the trap so that the animal entered with wet feet. Since then the trap has been working exactly as we had hoped. So, I would not only endorse the product, but the company.
