The tags are perfect, and they seem to be very durible and authentic, you get 2 tags, 2 rubber silencers, 1 long chain and 1 small chain to attach the second tag to the long chain. When you order them they send you an e-mail usually within the hour with instructions and information about the format and what punctuation you can use and stuff like that. You simply reply to that e-mail saying what you want the tags to say. They have fantastic service, very fast shipping and a great product, I highly recommend ordering from USA dog tags.
