Really nice upgrade from my last canopy. Stayed with one with bug netting and am growing to appreciate the rigid frame. A little more work but the quick detach cover and the track system for the curtains and netting is a better design what I had before. Treated all the fabric after assembly so I am hopping to get a number of good years out of this one. Update: consider buying 16X16 concrete squares at your local hardware store and anchoring your posts. This design does not allow for tie down ropes and I drilled holes in the concrete and attached to the blocks. Update#2: Seems to resist heavy winds as the corners naturally lift up helping to spill and redirect wind. The problem is while this helps address wind it sags the fabric cover in the middle of the long section where there are no grommets and water puddles and stretches the fabric and damaging all the elastic clips. I am considering adding my own grommets to address this design flaw. Update #3, added grommets and solved puddling during heavy rain. Replaced hook and loop on the privacy curtain stays. Still holding up but I do collapse the top if heavy winds are expected.
