I was looking for a thicker eye drop for my severe dry eye. I cannot usually open my eyes in the morning without first putting drops in the corner of my eyes, otherwise I will get corneal abrasions due to the backs of my eyelids sticking to my eyeballs. Most other drops burned my eyes (maybe due to the preservatives in them??) but these drops do not burn. The drops are "oily" and thick and they work great.
