I am an african woman and I want to grow my hair long. I have done my research and I have heard that MSM is very good aid in helping with the hair growing process. When I started taking MSM I have to say I really started to notice my face clearing up, I hardly have any break outs, my nails are harder and my hair is growing mad. Yes, you guys the pills are big but just drink a big cup of water and the pill should go down easy. Taking this pill is like taking a multi-vitamin. I take MSM, Multivitamin (Alive), Biotin, horsetail for my daily regime. I only take once a day with lots of water. You have to drink lots of water with all products I use. Remember WATER WATER WATER WATER!!! Too add.....02/20/16 Some people who can't swallow large pills then you can cut the pill in half or crush the pill. It all really depends on the individual. And those who fear of drinking water then drink something else. I basically was saying this is a good product, that is all.
