I Love, love, love this flat iron!!! I have been using flat irons for years and know exactly what I need for my hair. The HSI professional Digital Ceramic surpasses all of my expectations. My hair is course, but with this flat iron my hair becomes silky and more manageable. I also have so much hair, it usually takes me 1 hour to do my hair, now it only takes me 30 minutes and under. The only problem is that my Flat Iron broke two weeks after I ordered it. The setting started to go up and down for no reason. I was very sad and disappointed, but when I informed the company, they were really accommodating and immediately took action and offer to send me a new one. I don't like returning products, specially when I like them this much, but even returning the package was hassle free. That is why I decided to give them a five star review.
