I’ve tried multiple cat trees, and inevitably my very large boys have felled them like trees. We’re talking tore the stabilizing line straight out of the wall. Pretty sure they yelled “timbeeeerrr. I literally did a google search for “cat trees for fat ass cats,” and this one showed up. I’ve had it for a year now, and this beast has not trembled under the onslaught. They jump, they roll, they have gladiatorial, multi-level epics on this bad boy and it hasn’t so much as twitched. The pyramids will topple before this thing does. The assembly was simple, every part conveniently labeled. The material is plush, and they absolutely adore the tower beds which are well padded and soft. The box houses, which on every other tree I’ve had were basically big enough to stick their heads in, and large enough to let them curl up or play comfortably, and are walled by the same plush material as the beds. The only thing that’s missing would be a basket. It comes with a hammock, but these two seem to prefer the round ones. No slight on the design, just these two chuckleheads’ personal preference. If you can’t tell from the essay I’ve written so far, I LOVE this thing. My household sabertooth tigers LOVE this thing. And no more 3AM crashes to investigate! Well, not from the cat tree, anyway.
