So I like this little printer and it is awesome not having to buy ink. I see others have complained about it printing too light. I finally figured out what the problem was. It is "dithering". If you open up your printer and go to "printing preferences" and click on the GRAPHICS tab on top, there is a setting that was checked on mine that said "Dithering". I unchecked this and reprinted my label, and it FINALLY printed dark enough and not spotty like before. This made me extremely happy. I hope that I may have helped others because I have wasted so many labels trying to figure this out. Otherwise, great investment for around $100.00.
