The packaging doesn’t come with any instructions but I figured it out! The four brackets go through the side rail of your bike rack, and then you put the screw through the slots on the basket and then through the two holes on the bracket, and attach the nut to the other end. I’m attaching photos so hopefully future buyers will find this helpful! The hardware really isn’t great. It was tough to align the screw with the bracket’s holes, so I couldn’t screw it in tightly enough (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). The basket itself is very nice and made of durable materials and the finish looks nice. Despite the product’s photo, the back reflector is NOT included (but there is a mount for one).
