When the glove arrived, there was a sizing chart attached to them. That would have been nice to have at the time I was ordering the gloves. Because even after doing research I still had to guess what size to get and of course I got the wrong size the first time. My hand measures 23cm and the Large gloves were just a bit too tight, so I'd say go a size larger if you are right in between sizes. I returned them and reordered some XL gloves. The XL's fit great. Slightly loose gloves will also keep your hands warmer. These have kept my hand warm so far in 40F to 50F degree weather. I'm going to try out some colder temps this weekend. I figure they should be good down to 30F, since I use them for mountain biking, and I'm generating a bit of body heat too.
