Works great at reducing joint inflammation and when combined with Sports Research's Collagen Peptides, which I put in my coffee , in the morning, makes a huge difference in my mobility with the added benefit of harder and longer nails and thicker hair. I didn't realize how well these products worked until I ran out of both, at the same time, and had to wait 3 days for them to come in. I don't need to take NSAID's when I use these products but the 3 days I didn't have any I was popping them every 4 hours!!!! I love their products and they will send you a free sample to try. I don't post often on Amazon and receive nothing for doing so. When I know something works, I love to shout it out and give credit where it is due!!!!
