Hardware looks great. I like the long semi-rigid cable. Apple IOS App SUCKS. Does not recognize WiFi network the device is logged into. App does not recognize all symbols that are used in WiFi network passwords. After writing this review and returning the product, the Manufacturer respectfully contacted me to ascertain the exact nature of my problem. I misread and misunderstood the fine print on the directions and thought the product operated on my home WiFi network. The product generates its own WiFi signal that must be used. The Manufacturer and I corresponded by e-mail to determine the problem. Then they offered to send me another product to test. I agreed. The product works as advertised and works exceptionally. Please accept my humble and public apology for an inaccurate critique. You have earned my respect and support.
