I am amazed at how many people are giving single star poor ratings on this pan. I suspect that the reason why is failure to read the full directions. SEASON THE PAN PEOPLE!!! AND ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!! Coat the cooking surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil.....place over medium flame just until you see smoke. ..remove pan...let cool fully , wipe clean and your ready to go to town!! Ive used the pan 4 times and food just slides off. Also...these are aluminum.....they conduct heat quickly, evenly and EFFICIENTLY.....no need to raise the flame to the ceiling!!
