As my budget dwindled, I was looking for an even lower cost alternative after having downgraded from Doterra to Eden's Garden. I've been very happy with Eden's Garden, and hoped that since that step down had worked out, maybe this would too. It did not. I diffuse Vetiver daily as a calming agent; it's become very important to me. It's familiar and instantly recognizable scent is unmistakable, and it's thick, gooey consistency is frustrating reliable (it takes forever to come out of the bottle.) This much thinner product does not smell anything like either Doterra or Eden's Garden. In fact, all of the oils I bought from this company smelled more like perfumes/colognes, not essential oils. This may be some variety of Vetiver, but it is not to be mistaken for the type of products produced by higher quality companies. **UPDATE: I was very impressed a few days after posting this review to receive a phone call from a Healing Solutions representative who seemed genuinely concerned about my experience with their product. He thought that perhaps the dropper on my bottle might have been too loose, thus explaining the apparent thinness, and also surmised the product may have been an older shipment. He ended his voicemail by saying he was shipping a replacement free of cost. True to his word, I received not only a replacement vetiver, but several additional droppers AND a package of the others oils I'd ordered and returned with my original order. As it turned out I still don't favor these oils. They're just not for me. They're just too strong. I could smell them as soon as I opened the envelope they were shipped in, and that's way too powerful for me. That said, I passed them along to my sister, and she really likes them a lot. She likes candles and air fresheners and such, so a diffuser and these oils have been a huge hit with her. She diffuses them in her room which is right next to mine, and I can occasionally smell them (pine, patchoulli, etc - I got the Essential Earth set) and they smell great from that distance (she always keeps her door closed.) They're not overwhelming at all. But I tried diffusing in my room and even a drop was too much. I'm super sensitive. My sis did mention that the droppers do pour very easily so she has to go slowly - they're not like the DoTerra, YL, or Eden's Garden I've given her. So I'm raising my rating from two stars to four because clearly the quality of the product is a matter of opinion in this case, and their customer service is absolutely top notch. My recommendation - if you're thinking of buying, don't hesitate.
