The Good: I love fresh homemade salsa, but I hated dirtying up my larger Cuisinart processor to make it, so I would rarely trouble myself before I found this one. I truly love it. It's so much easier to secure the lid and get blending right away, and I can do everything from chopping veggies to grinding my nuts into flour in order to make pastries. The Bad: It is very powerful, and can be too powerful at times, so you have to blend in shifts if you don't want certain items pulverized. As other reviewers have pointed out, it makes a terrible noise while chopping, but it's short-lived.
