Im sorry.. But I do not understand what all of these people are COMPLAINING about!!! I have a cat that poops like a GROWN MAN! lol We had three different litter boxes and this one has solved the problem. 1. If the cats poop is sticking to the cleaning rake set the timer for a little longer and let the poop dry! 2. If the cat pee is leaking through put something under it! or Change the litter a little more often! Or add crystal litter once a week! 3. Put a little litter deodarizer in the storage area to keep it as smell free as possible. 4. I do suggest you buy crystal litter from the store instead of buying more refills.. (the price is crazy) Ive had this product for 3 months and only had to change it ONCE. I empty the storage so its not loaded with cat poop! and I add a little crystal litter every week or two.. My house smells great! And the litter box is in the corner of my LIVING room! (one bedroom) Great product - No smell - very little to NO maintnence -
