I am taller than 'average' at 5'-7" and usually wear a 12-14 misses pant with a 32" inseam. I wear yoga pants and leggings almost every day. I like having a few bootcut pair for certain sneakers but length can be an issue for me. I bought these in size L and they are a perfect fit for me as I don't like feeling like I'm wearing a sausage casing, but too loose and I have to keep pulling them up all day. These pants are more 'athleisure' as they do not have the gusseted crotch. They are substantial without being too thick and hot. Definitely not see thru. They are 92% cotton, 8% spandex and soft and comfortable. They seem great for all day wear, running errands etc. I can't say yet how they will hold up over time with regard to pilling or stretching out but my initial thoughts are that these pants and I will be very good friends :) I will update if these pants need to be unfriended any time soon
