Hubs and I got slippers to wear at home on a daily basis, especially since we have wood flooring on the first floor of our home. We spent a little extra to get really comfortable slippers for ourselves, since we knew we'd be wearing them every day. Then, when I started to think about buying some slippers for any house guests that we might have, I wanted to get comfortable, cushy slippers without spending too much money, since I knew they'd only be wearing them for a short period of time, and not very often. After looking at hundreds of different slippers, I decided on these. I looked for: 1. Neutral tones 2. Open toe (let's be honest, you never know what kind of terrible some people's feet start smelling like if they're kept nice and toasty) 3. Cushioning 4. Affordability (something that we wouldn't mind replacing, if a guest wore them and either ruined them or liked them so much that we'd be okay with them taking the slippers home with them) These really fit the bill, and we're really glad we got them. Our first guest was hubs' brother, and he couldn't stop talking about how comfortable they are. "It's like walking on clouds!" he said, over and over, until we had to duct tape his mouth shut.. If you're looking for guest slippers (based on some of the other reviews, saying that they might get flat over time) that won't be worn all the time, I really recommend these!
