Felt the effects in 2 days
40 years old. I live in MN. It’s February. I am trying everything to get more energy. This is part of that. I have to say, I felt the effects within two days. It really can’t hurt. Also, worth noting, that I really don’t think that doctors know much about this... meaning, I don’t think they’ll tell you to TAKE it.
