Absolutley love my new tortilla press! My family loves my homemade tortillas, but it was rare when i did make them because my last metal tortilla press didn't flatten the dough out right and it was a pain to work with. I decided one day I needed to invest in a better press and found this here on amazon. It really is a heavenly press and wonderful to work with and so beautiful too! it arrived very fast and flattens the tortillas out evenly and perfectly! it even improved the way they cooked. Lovely workmanship and such a nice piece of kitchen ware to display on my countertop. Because of this press I will be making more homemade corn tortillas for my family! I attached a few photos of my tortillas cooking on the grill and one after it was pressed. You do need to use some plastic to be able to remove the tortillas (that goes for any press) I like to use a ziplock bag cut in half.
