I will start with I am a 38yr old woman and I have been a drinker since 14yrs old. Throught my life alcohol has ruined many thing...jobs..school..etc. For the past 8yrs I have been a drinker at least 5 days a week. Sometimes in a row and sometimes longer binges. I have battled with alcohol in my mind for too long to count the years. I am an avid Amazon customer and I look through the site daily. This popped up in my feed and I thought I would give it a shot. I've been taking it for over 3 weeks and I can tell you it has decreased my urges for alcohol tremendously! The last 3 times I have tried to start drinking...I immediately stop after a few drinks of A DRINK. People can say its a suggestion of force or a placebo...but whatever it is...it has helped me now go from everyday to 2 days a week and now hardly anything. I don't care if these minerals play tricks on your body so you don't want alcohol...whatever its doing is working! Give it a shot to anyone who is desperate to stop alcohol in their lives. I understand this is only helping the physical part...but the psychological part also has to be dealt with as well. I really hope anyone who is on the fence on this will give it a chance. I hope it continues for me and others.
