I was recently discharged after a week in the hospital for bone fusion procedures through the front and back of my neck. I ordered 2 other wedge pillows and was about to give up. This wedge changed everything. The material is soft and fuzzy and the pillow has the perfect amount of give: not too stiff, not too soft. Adjustable in perfect ways for couch sleeping, upright comfortable relaxing, and perfect on the bed--especially with another wedge under your knees.
