Whichever model you buy, get the instructional videos.
I owned a basic Total Gym that I purchased 19 years ago and sold because is did not use it.
I decided to try again so I bought the package with the videos. For me the videos made the difference this time around.
I'm sure that most home gym equiment just gathers dust and end up not being used, but having the videos to guide me as I work out has made the difference.
The videos range from beginner to super athelete.
