I was so excited to send new pictures to the grandparents so they would have something to look forward to each day. No such luck! The packaging makes it sound like you can just email photos to the frame and the new photo will show up—not true. The owner of the frame must go through at least four steps on a very klunky app to add the photos tho their playlist. Only for the very tech savvy, not your average grandparent. Bummer!
