My 6 yo papillon has had patella issues with her mostly her back right leg since she was a year old, possibly due to genetics, possibly due to growing her first year of life in a kennel in puppy mill type quarters that we rescued her from. We live in NE Nebraska with climate extremes. I noticed it getting worse as the weather began getting colder this winter. She walks with the hurting leg really straight and gave a yelp sometimes when she jumped or we picked her up. I ordered the advanced product and we have been giving it to her twice a day for the past two weeks. She has not yelped in the past week at all and we just had a blizzard and crazy cold winds. She is walking easier and even jumping in excitement again.
