I am a 42 year old mom. My skin isnt bad for my age because I do TCA peels at home, once every 3 or 4 months. But, since I dont use Botox, the fine lines and textural problems do tend to creep in! I had tried other brands of hyaluronic acid before and not seen any results at all. It was the same as applying water to my skin. It got wet. Then, it got dry, and changed nothing, except maybe dried out my skin even more. The first thing I noticed about this serum that was different was the texture of it. It was a little thicker than other solutions I have tried. I dont know if that is because it contains less "aqua" and more of the acid, or if it is because of the vitamin C in it. The next thing I noticed was that after a few days of use, the fine lines were actually harder to see! I have now used it for a week, and the lines are still just slightly diminished, but even more noticeable is the texture of my skin, which is smoother and "dewy", you know, not oily, but just fresh and moist-looking. I like it! I cant wait to see what happens with continued use! For those who want to know how I use it: I clean my face every morning with an astringent/salicylic acid cleanser for sensitive skin (like Clean & Clear or Sea Breeze), then when my face is completely dry from that, I apply the serum. Once that is totally absorbed into my skin, I apply a moisturizing sunscreen by Neutrogena. I do the same things before bed as well. Also, I apply the serum LIBERALLY immediately after doing my TCA peel, and it is extremely soothing to my stinging skin. Feels wonderful! There are two reasons I did not give 5 stars: One, the whole "Instant Lift" thing is a joke. That's just NOT true and is very misleading. Second is because they need to sell it in a larger bottle. I use a lot of this, so a 2 oz size instead of a .05 oz would be great!!
