I have been using for a couple of weeks after switching to the keto diet. It took some time to get used to the taste, I've never liked any sweetener other than regular sugar. I still prefer the taste of sugar over monk fruit, but because this doesn't have a negative effect on blood sugar and also fits the keto diet, I think its a decent compromise. I only use it in my coffee, I have a different sweetener I prefer for foods. Let me just say, I spent $25 on this small bag, and good gravy, it will outlast me. Sure, it will probably spoil long before I go, but because it is 300 times sweeter than sugar, I use the TINIEST amount. -they don't even make measuring spoons small enough, the one that came with it is still too big for the amount I use. I will say though, it seems to be a quality product and so worth the money. I took one star off for flavor, but that isn't the company's fault, it is completely personal preference. I am looking forward to trying other products of theirs. Update: they offer a free product if you review them, doesn't have to be positive (I don't believe) just regular feedback. I will say, I'm slightly disappointed I wasn't able to try a different product. It didn't say on the card I couldn't try something else, it just said next product. I'm super grateful for the option to even receive a second product, it's just disappointing since in my original review I said this one bag will outlast me. So I received a second bag of the same product which means I now have two bags of something I will probably never get to finish. It would have been awesome to check out another option to see if I might want to order other items I will use more often. With that being said, I have other options at my local grocery store that are less expensive that I will continue to use. A bit if a missed opportunity, BUT! On the bright side, I gave the second bag to my coworker who also really liked this. Again, awesome product, just too much for me to get through.
