I ordered this because I was for the first time ever I was having some dry patchy skin issues. We had made no changes to detergents and these spots were all over my body. We have a water softener which I had the company verify was still operating properly. So after reading reviews I ordered this filter. I had been using cream every day and would still get itchy and red. I have used the filter on our shower for 5 days now and not had to use any cream at all since the first shower. I honestly was not convinced it would do anything when I got it but to my surprise it was very helpful. I can’t say it will fix everything but for the cost and easy install it’s worth a shot if you have any issues similar to what I have described.
