I have noticed a sizable difference in belly bloat since taking this product. I have been on 2 probiotics a day, and had tried another digestive enzyme prior that I did not notice much of a difference to. I also think the taste of these is pretty good so that is a bonus. I like that there is a variety in the enzymes also. UPDATE- I have now been using these for several months and find them invaluable. My bloating that was daily and painful previously has been reduced to very occasional.
