First of all let me start off by saying that the DBPower support is phenomenal. I received a faulty unit first. It had white border around the entire image AND i couldn't get it to focus perfectly in a way where I could see clearly top and middle and bottom. They sent me a replacement unit without any issues. The replacement unit is perfect, no defects or any issues. I see some people mention that they couldn't get the image focused while straight, I had that on the defective unit too. The new unit I received I managed to put in the same location, get the image straight and make it all in focus (see my picture) Colors are great, brightness is amazing and quality is great. My previous projector was 720p, I had issues reading text on it while on sofa. On this 1 no such issues, after getting it in focus, i can read just fine and really love the colors and quality. I'm very surprised with this little projector, it works great and better than I expected. Now I do want to note that I bought it with a 30$ coupon off of the original price and I'd say that's a great price to pay for it. Wait for it to have a coupon before buying it and you won't regret, if you have issues, just get a replacement unit either through amazon return & replace or DBPower RMA. Me personally, i'm very happy with this projector. p.s. it's also quieter than my old projector, not a lot, it's still audible, but it's definitely quieter. And it stays nice and cool too! Has a dual heatsink (which it needs to cool that bright LED (unsure if it's actually 8000L but it's certainly brighter than my old 4000L projector))
