I have always had insomnia and my doctor recommended this product. It promotes sleep, but also helps me de-stress at night (and the following day) since I always seem to be "tired but wired." I usually buy from Vitacost, but have found that BioScience is less expensive and just as good. It helps with my mood tremendously.This is the type of product that you may question if it is working until you run out of it and see/feel the difference. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to naturally find ways to sleep and improve his/her mood.
