I almost never write reviews. But I always read them, looking for bigger girls like me to decide whether or not I'm going to like them. And thats rare so in case you're a chubby chick like me, here i am to guide you. I am 208lbs and 5'6" VERY pear shaped. I saw the reviews saying the pants ran large, so I ordered a 14 thinking I'd size down from my typical16. Well to my surprise the pants were actually a bit too big. I sent them back and ordered a size 12 which fits almost perfectly. They're probably my favorite and most comfortable jeans, but I wasn't thrilled to see they weren't really high rise, more of a mid rise. Well, I've had a c section so it hitting an inch below my belly button isn't the most flattering spot but I've been wearing shapewear under and that solves that problem. So I decided I love the jeans so much that I wanted to get a black pair for work or trying to look put together. I ALMOST asked a question on here whether anyone knew if all the colors fit the same but I didn't. Well, I wish I did. They DO NOT fit the same. The size 12 "dark wash" (which arent really that dark) fit amazing, they're incredibly stretchy they're just perfect. I try to pull on the black ones and they *definitely* dont fit. I dont mean they're kind of tight. I cannot even fully pull them up over my booty let alone even consider trying to test the strength of the button. I can tell the fabric is slightly different as well because the black pants are less stretchy than the dark wash. And the black pants smell like burnt matches SO BAD. my legs smelled like if after just trying them on. I mean, I can wash them when I find the right size but I thought it might be worth the mention. I haven't washed the blue ones yet because I really dont wash jeans frequently but I'll come back to update when I do. I'll also add a few photos as well. I plan on sending the size 12 black pair back and ordering a 14. I am actually a bit worried even a 14 would be too small but I'm staying hopeful. So overall the pants are nice and honestly outstanding quality for the price but just keep in mind that the sizes of each color does vary pretty significantly. I cant speak for any other colors but the dark wash runs quite large and the black runs more true to size if not a bit small. Definitely worth the money and I'm sure they won't be the last pair I buy.
