I have cervical dystonia and have been struggling to get comfortable at bedtime so I found this pillow with the hope of solving that problem. Initially upon opening the package I was annoyed as it appeared I had purchased another crappy product. It arrives in a case that is tubular so the pillow is bound up and distorted (initially). I decided to unpack it and leave it for a day to see if it regained its shape and voila! it did! The item now appears just as it is shown in the product image. It is super comfortable for my neck whether I sleep on my back or my side. I will be taking it with me whenever we travel as I can't imagine sleeping without it, EVER!
