I bought the 30" for my husband. I'll be honest, the 30" would have been too large for me, but he's 6'3" and it worked perfectly. Everything on this bag looks well crafted and sturdy. My only wish is that there were feet at the bottom. I also like the fact that the leather ages with use, and the price can't be beat. I was initially worried about smells that other reviewers reported. I actually waited a couple days to open it up. I'm happy to report there were no off putting smells at all, it simply smelled like leather, and not even in an "in your face" way...so if you're worried about the smell thing - if there ever was a prior problem, it seems to have been resolved.
