I am a huge lover of essential oils. For my personal preferences and usage, peppermint oil is one of my most often used oils. The peppermint oil I received from majestic pure has been top notch in my book. First impression of the oil is great. It comes well packages and once opened you see that it is in a dark amber glass bottle. To me this is important because it helps prolong the quality and life of the oil as it keeps the sun and other light from penetrating the bottle and deteriorating the oil. It also comes with a regular sealed top on it, however in your package you will receive a separate glass dropper that fits as a lid also. If you use small amounts of oils for diffusing, or mixing into small batches of topical solutions to apply, this can be very useful as a dispensing tool. Some of the oils I order get used in larger amounts when I make my home made bath bombs, so I do usually keep those ones stored with the regular non dropper cap on, but majority of my oil collection is stored with the dropper top on the bottle. I have read some reviews of oils that come with poor quality droppers. In regards to my majestic pure oils, I have yet to experience an issue with a dropper, and I have at least a dozen bottles of various oils from them. . My main uses for my peppermint oil are diffusing, bath bombs, and I also love to add a few drops to my baths if I am not using a bath bomb. When diffusing oils, I have a diffuser in my main living area, and one in most rooms of the house. Peppermint is most often diffused in bedroom at night. I have terrible allergies and often have issues with my sinuses. For me I have found a combination of oils that I mix up of oils I have on hand and it helps me breathe and sleep better. I start with a few drops of my lavender oil, then I add an equal part peppermint oil, topped off with a couple drops of wintergreen. I personally go a bit heavy on my oils in the diffuser, but when diffusing it is up to your preference on how strong or weak you would like it as it's not topical. Just be careful if you have pets or young children that your oils of choice are safe. For me the night time blend I described above is something I like to set up at least 3 times a week if not more. The lavender is soothing and calming, and with my sinus issues I find the peppermint with a hint of wintergreen to really help with me being able to breathe out of my nose and I find the scent soothing as well. I find that the peppermint oil from majestic pure diffused very evenly and carries into the air in such a pleasant scent. I also like to use a few drops in my bath water. I live in South Florida and it gets extremely hot and humid. My work has me constantly in and out, dealing with the heat and humidity, and even though majority of my time is indoors I still end up hot and sweaty. I am also on my feet walking around quite a bit and deal with a fair amount of pressure on a daily basis at work. So sometimes by the time I get home and get my daughter situated in bed for the night, I like to relax and cool off in a bath. I have found that adding just a few drops of peppermint oil (be very careful not to over do it as it can irritate your skin if you do) helps cool my skin, soothe my muscles a bit, and relax me and help me unwind a bit because I find the scent so soothing. For me, another bonus I have found from doing this is it can help me out with some areas I have skin problems with because of my sensitive skin. Because of this, and I truly love the scent as well, I sometimes make hand made bath bombs. When I do make my bath bombs, I don't do it often because it takes a bit of time and I have to calculate how much oil to use to make sure it is safe, but I make quite a bit at once, and usually do a few different scents at once. Without fail, I always have at least one blend that includes majestic purrs peppermint oil. The oil works very well as an ingredient in these. I know there at other uses for this wonderful oil, but I can't not comment on them much as the methods I explained above are the methods I have personally used this oil in. Overall I feel this is a fantastic quality oil, and I feel confident that I am receiving a quality product when I order my oils from majestic pure. I have yet to find one that has disappointed me on the quality. I have ordered and reordered quite a variety from them as well. Also from a price point I think majestic pure offers very competitive pricing for the size and quality that they offer. The peppermint is one of my go-to oils for its benefits as well as it's incredibly soothing scent. I highly recommend this oil. I did receive this bottle at a discounted rate. However I was not asked to leave a review. I chose to do so because I truly am pleased with this purchase, and it is a repeat purchase for me. And will be again in the future.
