As much as I hate to admit it, I'm 78 years old, a little under 5'2" and weigh a solid 230 pounds. As a chubby senior, I try to be as comfortable as is possible consequently, I ordered Size 10 just to cover my back(side!). Also, to accommodate a little shrinkage. The legs and waistband are bound (none of this little crappy stitch-over-the-elastic stuff) the crotch is wide enough to accommodate a panty liner if such would be necessary and they're cool. comfortable and I'm going to order some more ... they;re slightly more expensive than the aforementioned "crappy..." but, unless I'm very wrong, it's worth it. In the past I've ordered others that I just gave away to charity after trying one pair and finding they weren't for me. These are great!
