I don’t notice any benefits to taking these yet. For now it seems like I wasted my money but I will definitely change/update this review if I ever notice anything after finishing the entire bottle. Update and I increased my rating mainly because of the seller, Brian. I didn’t notice anything with the pancreas. Brian immediately refunded me and worked with me to figure out which supplements were best for what I was seeking. His beef thyroids, which isn’t available on Amazon, works great. I had more energy, was able to do my workouts, walking more/longer without getting tired out and I finally started losing weight. I’ve never known a business that cared so much about making sure their customers are happy. He is very passionate about his products and really believes in them. I suggest maybe contacting the seller to make sure you get the best product for your needs IF you do not know what exactly to get. It’s a good idea to actually look up and read ALL the products listed and available on their site, Ancestral Supplements. Their are more supplements that aren’t here on Amazon and more info.
