The first thing you have when you buy these poles is the excellent customer service. Just a few minutes after I placed my order, I received an email from Rachelle, giving me important information on the correct use of the poles. After that, for a few days I received follow up emails to check if I had received my order of two pairs, one for me and another for my husband. The performance of the poles is excellent, they are very well constructed, fine quality, very light weight and beautiful design. We had never had treking poles, but I decided to buy them as we are over 45, not as physically active as we should, and were going on vacation to Ecuador and planned to hike Cotopaxi and Quilotoa volcanoes, so I guessed they would be of help. Best decision I made! they were of great help on the steep hikes, saving my husband from an ugly fall, and at the end of each day of hiking we had no physical pains in joints or knees. I fully recommend this product, you get a lot of value for your money.
