Got ours at 10am in a giant blue duffel bag and a silver duffel inside and wrapped in plastic, twice! Came with a handy cutting tool to clear through the plastic. Had it set up with two of us in about 5 minutes. It expanded to 11 inches almost immediately. We live in Hawaii. We slept on it same night. Had a slight odor, but not after a few hours of being set up. I was having terrible insomnia and our old mattress was hot... we have no a/c. I slept pretty much through the night with at least three dreams. Although I wouldn’t say this sleeps “cool” I would say it isn’t hot like our old bed. It’s incredibly supportive without that sinking feeling. I sleep on the edge and had no issues. Rolling over is easy. I felt more like I was being hugged nothing really pressing on me or pushing back but solidly held up. The pillows that came with it are pretty solid, I may give them another few nights and see if I need to remove some stuffing. Good for side sleepers as they give good neck support and weren’t hot. Didn’t feel my hubby get up in middle of the night... so not too much movement is transferred to partner. No pains this morning for me. I had some hip pain and shoulder pain on my old bed, not so much with this bed. So far so good... see how night two goes. Night two... even better! ....Nectar Sleep night two ... okay... love this bed! Not only am I not sweating (and it’s HOT outside with no a/c inside) in bed but I am asleep all night! And with pain in one shoulder and my other hip, I used to toss and turn all night long! Now I can lay on both sides with no pain! And I don’t feel hubby moving around either. And I like the pillow now on night two. Thank you so much!
