This formula works well for colds or any other respiratory complaints. I use this whenever I feel that little itch in my throat and I take a dropper full which seems to correct the problem before it starts. I just take a dropper full every 3 or 4 hours and I'm usually good within a day or two at the most. But you have to catch it in the beginning stages.
