This case is pretty dam sweet! It is a tight fit on the 12.9, strong magnets, nice stand, the pencil hold is nice with a pouch on the back too. So why 4* then, the buttons...... for the price I would not expect such a trivial issue. For whatever reason the buttons would not work(volume up or down and power). I thought maybe the rubber was too stiff since it was new, so I stretched the button pads without the iPad in the case by over flexing them. This seemed to help a little for the volume buttons but done nothing for the power. In and out of the case about 6 times and flexing the buttons, I must have “aligned” it just right the last time because now the buttons work with the slightest of push. Not sure what the issue is, will monitor and watch my return window. Would I recommend this case, yeah but with the caveat that buttons are a bit wanky.
