I knew that my body would heal itself if I could just figure out what it needed. I’m taking this bone and marrow supplement along with many others from Ancestral Supplements, so it’s hard to pinpoint what is doing which benefit exactly, but I believe you can’t go wrong. All working together for the good of my body. Aches and pains are disappearing, I have greater energy and stamina, deeper sleep yet I feel like I need less sleep, and even my mood is getting better and better. I feel the benefits are camping up as time goes by and my body feels in the nutritional gaps and begins to heal. I would recommend these to everyone.
