5/18/2021 I just received the vacuum and first off, I love that it comes pretty much ready to use. Mine was charged and I just had to connect the pieces and it was ready to go. I love how small and how much it DOESN’T weigh. It’s really easy to handle and maneuver around furniture and corners. It’s great on the carpet but on the floor it may still need a little more suction. It will pick up a lot of dust and bigger stuff, but I’d have to sweep and mop to get all the little dust off the floors. So no biggie! I did struggle a little with the dust cup. It was suctioned and stuck. Had to open the filter area and push out the lid. Struggled a little but got it open and didn’t break anything. So, I’ll keep “playing” with it and if there is anything I see I’ll update. Another thing I wanted to point out. The comment from that person with the napkin in the dust cup, you are able to open the filter compartment and pull out that part to have more access to the dust cup itself. I added a video. The playback was a little weird. But I disassembled and assembled it so you can see. Hope that helps.
